- All data is imported from the Client Intake Forms into Best Case software.

- We create a list of questions for the debtor(s) in order to retrieve additional information for the Client Intake Forms. Contacting the debtor(s) is by attorney authorization only. There will be no additional charge to the attorney for this service by AttheBeachParalegal.com.

- The attorney is provided with a summary of potential problems concerning the bankruptcy case. This type of summary allows the attorney to be well aware of potential case pitfalls prior to the 341 Meeting of Creditors.

- The Kelly Blue Book website will be consulted to retrieve market values of all motor vehicles. A hard copy of the Kelly Blue Book results will be provided to Attorney for debtor(s)' file.
|
- A search for debtor(s) real property will be conducted via the Internet within their county of residence.
|
- Draft bankruptcy petition will be forwarded to Attorney for review. If the Means Test qualifies the debtor(s) as a Chapter 13, a Chapter 13 Plan will also be developed for Attorney's review(additional fee required).

- Changes are made to the draft bankruptcy petition per Attorney's instructions, if necessary.

- PDF (or Best Case file) of completed bankruptcy petition is forwarded for the client file and/or electronic filing.

- Per attorney's request and approval, bankruptcy petition will be filed electronically.
|
- A copy of the completed bankruptcy petition is mailed to debtor(s) if requested by Attorney.
|
- Monitoring of case on PACER for an additional $50.00 fee if requested by Attorney.
